Amanda Adams - Senior Corporate Catering Manager

Amanda Adams began her career in Hospitality in 1986. Amanda Adams holds the position of Senior Corporate Catering Manger since 2000. During this time professionalism, dedication, and commitment to her clients have been Amanda’s hallmarks of success. She has worked to accommodate the needs of thousands of organizations and business professionals ranging from local, national and international companies to state and national dignitaries, including the White House, members of Congress and the U.S. Secret Service. Amanda has coordinated the extremely detailed meeting, catering and event requirements involving Presidential visits to Jackson, Mississippi. She executed the events flawlessly even with multiple changes in times, details and the ever changing demands of the U.S. Secret Service.
In addition to being loyal to work, she is also a committed wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, continuing her education, shopping, reading, and volunteering at a local homeless shelter

Amber Williams - SMERF Sales Manager

Amber Williams is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Hospitality Management. Amber started her hospitality career here at the Hilton Jackson as a Sales and Catering Coordinator in 2008. After nearly two years of service, she was promoted to the SMERF Sales Manager position. Amber prides herself in her detailed product knowledge, and her commitment to exceptional customer service. She is also a member of the Metro Jackson Attractions Association.
Amber enjoys fishing, attending all types of sporting events, going to concerts, and spending time with her family, her friends, and her dog, Bam Bam. Amber is also a member of the Brandon bowling league.  Sheloves to travel, and is an avid supporter of the Humane Society.

Billie Burns - Reservations Manager

Billie Burns began his career in Hospitality as a bellman at the Holiday Inn Medical Center, Jackson, MS. He then was promoted to desk clerk where he excelled in customer service. Billie left the industry for four years to serve his country in the United States Air Force. Although Billie enjoyed seeing other parts of the United States as well as spending 18 months in Japan, he knew his true calling was hospitality. He came back to Jackson, MS, where he joined the Hampton Inn & Suites Coliseum as part of their opening team. He was there for several years before joining the Ramada Southwest as the Front Office Manager. Billie then joined the Hilton Jackson team in 2002, where he remains as Reservations Manager.
In his free time, Billie enjoys traveling to visit his sister in Texas, attending local community arts events, going to the movies with his best friend, and spending time with his dog Pepper. Billie hopes to one day go on his dream vacation to Europe.

Cindy Brinson - Director of Sales

Cindy Brinson began her career in Hospitality in 1994. She has held the Director of Sales position at the Hilton Jackson, Holiday Inn Patriot’s Point in Charleston, SC, Ramada Inn in Laurel, MS, Ramada Inn Southwest in Jackson, MS, and Ramada Inn University in Oxford, MS. Cindy was recognized as a 2012 Top 50 Leading Business Woman for the state of Mississippi, 2004 Sales Director of the Year with a former management company, and nominated as employee of the year for Ramada Inns Nationwide in 1995. Early in her career, Cindy also held positions as Banquet Manager and Catering Manager. In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her son, Jacob, her husband, Russ, and her two dogs, Peanut & CJ.

Kimberly Haydu - Association Catering Manager

Before joining the Hilton Jackson, Kimberly Haydu worked as Business and Events Manager for the Mississippi Press Association for 13 years. Kimberly brings to the sales and catering team her knowledge of what an Association needs to make their meeting a success and on budget. She’s currently active in the Mississippi Society of Association Executives and has severed on several committees over her work history.

Kimberly is blessed with a loving family, husband George and daughter, Shelby Raye. She enjoys traveling, entertaining family and friends, church activities and moments to herself.


Martha Bennett - Director of Catering

Martha began her career in hospitality in 1970 as the assistant to the Catering Manager at the Hotel Heidelberg in downtown Jackson, MS. She advanced to the position of Catering Manager and worked there until shortly before the hotel closed in 1973. Before “retiring” to start a family, she worked as the Catering Manager at the first Hilton in Jackson which is now home to the Mississippi Department of Human Services. When her daughter entered the first grade, Martha re-entered the workforce in Sales & Catering for the Ramada Coliseum where she remained for 12 years. Prior to joining the Hilton Jackson, she was the Director of Catering for Ramada Southwest in Jackson, MS, Sawmill Ramada in Laurel, MS, and the Radisson Hotel in Orlando, FL.
Martha resides in rural Florence, MS, commuting 30 miles daily to work. Martha strongly supports the efforts of Mississippi Coalition Against Domestic Violence and is fortunate to be in a position professionally that allows her to extend certain courtesies to this wonderful organization.
