Wellingtons Restaurant is home to an extravagant Breakfast Buffet of over 100 items with an array of freshly prepared dishes served along a variety of juices. This breakfast is reminiscent of a brunch that you would find in a luxury resort but at one of the greatest values. For lunch our guests enjoy a variety of weekly specials that include turkey and dressing, Roast Beef, Barbecue Ribs, Fried Chicken, Corned Beef, Catfish and Ham along with assorted vegetables and casseroles. All our mouth watering desserts are made in house.

Fitzgeralds Lobby Bar is a Jackson favorite for live nightly entertainment. Our special Southern influenced menu is available a la carte beginning at 11am Monday-Sunday. The specialty handcrafted cocktails are made from fresh ingredients and taste so good that you want to come back for more. Fitzgerald’s Signature Bloody Mary is a must have that features hand stuffed olives, pickled green beans and steamed shrimp.
